"...I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father, I have made known to you."  John 15:15  

I struggle to believe this at times , but I like to think of God speaking to me as a friend, as one would when catching up with old friends over the phone. Sometimes I am silent, forgetting to call on him, but He is faithful to continue to call for me even in the midst of my wandering away from Him.
